Working with Grant Thornton allows me to liaise with clients in order to determine the best solutions to meet their needs and requirements.Currently working on secondment with a key pillar Irish bank where I have had the opportunity to work across multiple teams and lead projects in order to create a set structure and streamline processes to ensure best practices.Examples of the work undertaken while on secondment include:- working with the Relationship Management Team in order to assist customers in loan sales and engage with the loan book purchaser to ensure a smooth transition from the bank to the loan purchaser- assist customers with Covid 19 payment breaks during the pandemic, on the QA team reviewing applications and taking inbound/outbound calls to assist queries- working with the Payments Team in order to create a structure whereby solicitors/valuers/service providers' invoices can be reviewed and approved, while working with the relevant team who requested the undertaking of the work, in order to process their payments.
