In this role I am accountable for delivery and support of Benefitfocus' SAAS based benefitsadministration platforms. In this role I lead an organization of more than 250 individuals across both theUS and India delivering solutions for 400+ privately held and public sector organizations. In my timehere some of my accomplishments include:- Delivered a new innovative enrollment experience- Set a talent strategy that includes a mix of onshore and offshore resources that has resulted in lowercosts and a reduction in voluntary attrition by over 70%.- Reduced # of defects by 20+%- Drove technical improvements resulting in a 50% reduction in page load times.- Lead Engineering through an acquisition by Voya Financial.

Launched a Site Reliability Function. In this role I was accountable for Paylocity's technical strategy,leading Incident/Problem Management, building core platforms that are the underpinnings of ourproducts and creating automation & tooling that serve as tailwinds for teams. In this role I have:- Reduced incidents by 47% including a 28% reduction in service-impacting incidents- Improved MTTA by 19% and MTTR by 75%- Increased our release rate from 250 releases in Jan 2021 to just over 1000 changes in Jan 2022.- Modernized our technology stack through breaking a monolith into microservices and moving to ahybrid hosting strategy.- Enabled our Engineering teams to be more efficient through insights by bringing in and implementingan APM tool.

Led a Platform Engineering organization in addition to leading the technical strategy for Paylocity's SAAS product suite. My focus was on creating the technical underpinnings of our products and for creating tailwinds for engineering teams so they can move fast with confidence.I led teams focused on creating web and mobile experiences, integrations (APIs, SSO and batch file import/export), security, notifications (via mobile push notification, SMS, email) along with APIs, messaging, caching and developer experience.- Launched an updated mobile experience- Reduced cycle time & improved quality of our flagship payroll application.
