As a Sergeant I am responsible for 126 CCP Staff, an average daily inmate pop. of 400 +, a building + contents appraised at roughly $50 million, a 2014 operating budget of 10,993,158.00 and roughly 200 volunteers and service providers that come in to see inmates.I also do all the institutional intelligence gathering, monitor gang and STG activity, conduct assigned investigations. Ensure Institutional security is in compliance with Title 37 chapter 95. PREA investigator. Act as shift Commander when necessary. Evaluate institutional security practices to make enhancement recommendations.
