Mr. Eisele has been involved in the “Senior Housing “ industry for over 25 years as a top executive in two national companies before venturing off on his own building a portfolio of over 27 properties inclusive of Independent living, Assisted Living and memory care throughout the east coast from New York to Virginia. His entrée into the industry began in the 90’s when he acquired and converted three hotels to senior housing units eventually selling to the first Publicly traded Assisted Living company in the country. Prior to starting his current firm in 2008, Mr. Eisele held top leadership roles in two national companies, Sunrise, and Summerville Healthcare, where he also served on the executive committee. During his tenure, he opened over 50 new facilities and participated in raising over $200 million dollars in debt and equity.
