I assist clients with the purchase and sale of real estate. I nurture and guide the transaction from open to close. Full service from initial consultation, marketing, offers, negations, closing.

I help build the office culture for the Denver site which involves getting associates of all different backgrounds to come together in a collaborative, fun and productive way. I help create a team bonding atmosphere which includes events, recognition, and team building exercises.

I help educate and train interested core brokerage reps about advanced trading strategies such as options and margin trading. This involves power point presentations and covering a new topic every week which I then monitor the associates progress while sharing knowledge on how to best handle these advanced topics.

Acting as member of a small and agile team of Advanced Broker representatives who cover a spectrum of client account issues such as option trading, margin trading, over leveraged accounts, SMA, margin excess, portfolio margin, iron condors, butterfly spreads, over leveraged covered calls, debit/credit spreads, cash secured puts, greater than theoretical max loss, client risk management, brokerage firm risk management, risk check sell outs, margin sell outs. These complex issues are broken down in an easy, understandable, and relatable way to where the client can digest the information that was taught and use it moving forward to enhance their trading and investment objectives.

• Handle incoming advisor and client phone calls to provide operational expertise, share industry and organizational best practices, troubleshoot complex situations and resolve service issues.• Act as a liaison between internal support teams, including Sales, Risk Management, Trading, Retirement Accounts, Technology etc, and our advisors and clients.• Educate advisors and clients on processes, services and procedures of the TD Ameritrade platforms• Resolve case files as well as respond to incoming emails from advisors and clients.

• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close sales ensuring client(s) represented are satisfied.• Continuously prospect for new clients through multiple channels, including internal client database, local real estate networking events, cold calls, and personal social network.• Accompany clients to view property, ensuring that all questions regarding the subjectproperty are answered thoroughly.• evaluate subject properties and come up with strategies to buy, fix, and sell for a profit.
