Miller & Eisenman, LLP, was an offshoot of Miller, Friedman & Eisenman, LLP. In that regard, I continued in the same manner as I did at the prior firm. During this period of time, I was trial counsel on leading personal injury, medical malpractice and insurance related litigation. The success of the firm continued and I was fortunate to be lead counsel on cases that set monetary jury verdict records on behalf of injured people or the estate of those who did not survive the negligent act or medical malpractice. I have also continued to litigate complex insurance related issues and contract disputes.

As a partner at Miller, Friedman & Eisenman, LLP, I was responsible for managing and developing a plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice section for the firm. From 1990-2000, I handled all aspects of this area of our firm, including bringing in the majority of all new clients, managing associate attorneys, overseeing the entire litigation process, the trial of all cases related to personal injury and medical malpractice and ultimately the appellate process when necessary. I was successful in obtaining settlements and jury verdicts in the millions of dollars for our clients.
