Field Auditor
Current• Monitoring receipt operations of products and report accordingly.• Review and verify every deposit for product.• Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.• Gauging level of financial risk within the organization.• Review of petty cash payments.• Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendation.• Send daily stock Control report to Head, operations Risk & Asset Management.• Review of daily loading report for completeness and accuracy and escalation of any exception to Head, Operations Risk & Asset Management.• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.• Participate in receipt of product from Vessel to Shore tanks and escalate to Head, Operations Risk &Asset Management if there is any discrepancy.• Witness dipping of loaded trucks on a random basis.• Witness receipt of AGO for internal use and escalating discrepancy between quantity received and quantity ordered.• Performs retail station audit when required.• Daily review of diesel dispensing register for accuracy.• Review and sign off on Goods Received Acknowledgement form for delivery of AGO and materials to the terminal.• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.• Review of request for purchase of Items, Materials and products.
