Integration Lead/ Senior Business Analyst
The transformation project at Manchester Airport aims to provide passengers with a stress-free experience and streamline the bag drop process from traditional check-in to common-use self-service. This initiative is driven by the upcoming closure of Terminal 1 in summer 2025, necessitating the migration of all airlines operating there. Automation is expected to reduce queues and enhance the passenger experience.As the Integration Lead for the Manchester Airport Bagdrop Automation, I'm involved with engaging cross-functional global stakeholders, conducting workshops, and gathering business and technical requirements for approximately 45 airlines at MAN. My responsibilities include validating these requirements, achieving sign-off from stakeholders, and collaborating with the development team to ensure solutions are deployed according to the requirement elicited and the terms of reference between MAN Airport and the airlines. Additionally, I lead the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) after deployment to preproduction on site, documenting and reviewing test scenarios with both airline and MAN stakeholders.In the first six months in 2024, my team has successfully integrated 12 airlines and continues to make great progress with others. Furthermore, I am involved in the data analysis of BagDrop transactions to provide data-driven insights for solution improvement, supporting MAN’s goal of becoming a data-driven airport. I also manage and support airlines in getting their CUSS App certified with SITA Global for successful deployment on SITA kiosks for Bag Tagging.
