Daily execution of the integration of administrative systems, such as Eligibility and Enrollment, Decedent Affairs, SAVES Lives Act, NEAR Veterans, Ward Clerk and SME, MSA Subject Matter Expert, Records Management Subject Matter Expert, and Release of Information Office and Revenue generation during enrollment for specialty billing such as TRICARE, CHAMPVA and other revenue duties outlined in the Patient Information Collection Management Directive, such as ICB and management of TRICARE program.Modify and maintain a sophisticated access database that will organize information for the system of record for each of the area of responsibility in Patient Benefits and Enrollment.Utilize the database to analyze this information and make reports for internal program evaluation and supervisors.Report, reviewing and monitoring all Enrollment and Eligibility of Veterans, SAVE Lives ACT and Veteran Outreach Tool, NEAR Veterans, Decedent Affairs, Incomplete Encounters for the Business Office, Ineligible Scheduled Appointments, and Fugitive Felon Program.Resolves patient and employee complaints as appropriate. Performs duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective operations.Keeps management informed of unusual developments or potential areas of concern pertaining to the Business Office.Researches, analyzes, and respond to a wide variety of reports, studies or correspondence that may include but are not limited to Congressional inquiries, special topic studies, marketing/outreach efforts, revenue generation opportunities or other issues as they evolve.
