Current* Compose (and revise) technical documentation intended for both technical and non-technical audiences* Provides timely, and targeted IT support to all LIG staff* Willing to take the time to understand the problem, talk to people with diverse perspectives, and understand the issue at-hand* Responsible for installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining computer applications, equipment and peripherals* Provide input and offer feedback on new/existing processes and procedures* Train and educate my co-workers on how to adhere to security best practices* Mentor and advise our help desk technician* Record and maintain accurate asset tracking information of all hardware and software* Commitment to make things better, not just a quick fix
