Michael has been working in the financial services sector since 1996. The majority of the time spent in the transfer agency. Specifically, Michael was a senior leader managing a mail servicing and remittance processing team with over a hundred employees including six line managers in Rhode Island. Michael acted as the business lead on hardware installations of Banctec Docuscan Image Capture Devices and remittance upgrades. Addionally, in 2012 Michael launched BNY Mellon's business resiliency site in Everett, MA. This included hardware and software site installations as well as full business test of capabilities recovering in the new disaster recovery space. In 2013, Michael moved over to Client Services with responsibilities including multiple management companies like banks, insurance companies, money managers and municipalities. This role concentrates on cross selling opportunities, new product offerings, relationship management, client tours, conversion oversight and transformation deployment. Michael was certified in 2017 as a Six Sigma Green Belt achiever. Most recently, Michael moved out of financial services industry into automotive and farm equipment selling various new and used products, assisting in finance options and helping homeowners and business owners solve complex problems in search of new residential and commercial equipment.
