•Long-term contract in Udeel seconded to ADNOC Gas Processing Plant in Habshan, Abu Dhabi•The primary focus of this position will be to test, repair and make adjustments to various types of jobs received by the Central Maintenance Workshop•Carry out all necessary work as designated by the Workshop Engineer and Supervisor. •Comply with all safety instructions, and promote individual and team safety.•Perform machining operations and also support the maintenance team on Troubleshooting/ assessment and repair work on static and rotating equipment being brought to the workshop. •Support the vendors to execute shutdown jobs at the site. •Supporting the GE Team on Gas Turbine shutdown such as extracting various sizes of broken stud bolts on the half-shell casing and installing helicoil if necessary.•Drilling HEIM links to install pins for anti-rotation lock. •Machining the thrust-bearing shim for axial float adjustment. •Operating the Pneumatic Torque Machine (HYDRATIGHT).•Perform Dynamic Balancing Machine Operation for various rotors.•Operates Lapping Machine to recondition mechanical seal faces•Perform repair and Installation of Workshop tools and equipment such as Machine Shop tools and equipment, lifters such as overhead cranes equipment •Perform INSITU / Onsite Machining Operations such as Pipe Cold Cutting Machine and Flange facing Machine either in the workshop or Plant Areas.•Perform restoration of static equipment parts and accessories such as worn-out parts of valves or fabricate new parts as per inspection team approval.•Operates Conventional Machines such as Lathe, Milling, Radial Drilling, Surface Grinding, Power saw, Shaper, Lapping, and Dynamic Balancing Machine. •Ensure that output quality product is maintained, by adherence to Adnoc Gas Processing Standards and Procedures, to achieve customer satisfaction. •Provide a written daily activity report highlighting issues, with the relevant recommendation for repair.
