- Call and pre-screen potential study participants according to telescreen questionnaire to determine suitability for trials via Zendesk in US, Canada and UK time zones- Accurately review, enter and edit patient information into the in-house Faze1 system and update status changes from registered, to pre-screened, to enrolled.- Sending outbound SMS and emails to candidates, arranging convenient call-back times, sending out trial site location information etc.- Liaising with clinical trial site coordinators via email once candidates have been pre-screened- Responsible for meeting daily recruitment KPI targets including but not limited to daily calls made, pre-screens completed, leads contacted on time- Identify appropriate study opportunities for interested volunteers based on knowledge of clinical trials and trial site locations- Managing consent by verifying or removing candidates who have withdrawn consent and no longer wish to take part- Attend all study-related training and ensure working knowledge of the study’s protocol

- Responding to customer tickets in the Customer Resolution Tool system online and evaluating the data to ensure KPIs are met whilst working towards continuous improvement and cost savings- Investigating and resolving customer enquires / complaints - Customer facing, serving customers collecting no answer items - Submit daily reports for the tracked and special delivery items received on the Delivery Record system- Manage online redelivery requests via Communication Link in Every Office system- Submit all cash collected from the enquiry office and send report to the finance team every week - Strong product knowledge, awareness of company initiatives and performance objectives
