Managed 221 Security Forces, Department of the Air Force, IMA personnel to protect 460 SW, 84 joint and international partners & community. Supervises all functions performing military working dog, Security Forces training, Law Enforcement/Security and installation access control activities. Allocates manpower and resources to sustain mission & creates shift schedules for proper utilization of resources. Expertly filled a Senior Master Sergeant billet for 7 months and overcame massive manpower and scheduling challenges which allowed the 4 flight system to stay in a schedule that also maintained stability.

Led a team of 24 Signal Intelligence, Human Intelligence an All Source Analysts. Team was responsible for steering the defense of Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan containing 35 thousand personnel and $3.5 billion in assets at the Area of Responsibility busiest airfield. Developed intelligence reports and briefed Commanders on current operation, future operations and latest developments within the area of operation. Acted as the focal point to coordinate, de conflict, and integrate various force protection staff initiatives, policies, and activities within the wing. Served as the consultant to the Joint Task Force Commander, Wing Commander, Vice Commander, Wing Staff, and subordinate units and commanders on force protection an intelligence that effects the defense of the base and the local communities surrounding the base. Conducted the vulnerability assessment or other force protection surveys to identify specific vulnerabilities of an installation and patrol outside the confines of the base. Coordinated, conducted and directed Intelligence driven operations to include outside the wire patrols, key leader engagements with the host nation and special operations. Worked with key agencies to assess and sign off on all special projects to ascertain that AT/FP operational guidelines were met. Analyzed data to identify physical and operations intelligence compliance or noncompliance, vulnerabilities, trends, strengths, and benchmarks. Determined, formulated, coordinated, and implemented specific wing guidance and actions to correct intelligence deficiencies, overcome vague or competing requirements, promote the growth of sound intelligence driven procedures/operations, and justified major fiscal expenditures, economy of force and future targets in the best interest of protecting the base infrastructure and its populace.

Managed all operational matters to a 100 personnel security forces flight. Directly responsible for providing sound leadership, supervision and technical expertise. Prepared daily schedule and post assignments, ensured proper training being conducted, verified all critical certifications are up to date, managed appointments, On Scene Commander for DUI's, Active Shooter, crime scenes and hazardous chemical spills. Provided oversight and assistance to all commanders with the application of critical force protection measures. Oversaw all Investigations of crimes. Approval authority of all reports on incidents and briefed commanders on crime trends. Headed all security and force protection aspects of Presidential Security for multiple visits. Disseminated important incident information to the wing, installation and subordinate units. Mentored and guided assigned personnel in their professional development. Developed rigorous flight training program, tripled critical certifications achieving 100% pass rate during tenure and secured "Flight of the Year" for 2012.
