I started my career in recruiting back in 2007 at Phoenix Physician Services which served the needs of private practice Dr's offices in the Phoenix area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there as well as my success in placing an average of five to six candidates every month to the private practices we managed. I especially enjoyed working with and building lasting relationships with Practice Managers helping then fulfill their staffing needs with top talent in order for them to run a successful practice. After my time at Phoenix Physician Services I had the opportunity to move over to SBT Industries and focus on Executive Search for the semiconductor industry. I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed the challenge of finding and placing engineers for hard to find positions. I ended up leaving that field of recruiting when the economy had a major downturn in 2009 and ended up moving back into private practice recruiting for a now successful start up company as a contract recruiter till 2010. In 2010 I had the opportunity to work for Underwriters Laboratories in their recently acquired Scottsdale Arizona location. I managed incoming products for performance testing, outside vendors, and site safely. When Underwriters Laboratories closed that location and relocated to California I followed my manager over to LightLab International where I got heavily involved in the performance testing of LED fixtures, reporting, and marketing of our testing services. I was successful in bringing on several new manufacturers to utilize our testing services. I attended shows within the lighting industry in order for us to maintain our presence as a small and growing independent test lab in the Phoenix area. Recently I have been working on getting into a full time sales and marketing role to utilize my skills marketing candidates. I am looking forward to getting back into recruiting and working with top talent again.
