-Oversee all Physical Security aspects of two field offices entailing access control, document & media control, intrusion detection systems, transportation and transmittal of classified material, and physical security inspections.-Serve as the site OPSEC coordinator to ensure the staff and visitors are adhering to the requirements as well as soundly advise the government customer this matter.-Maintain the Personnel Security program for the office I oversee that includes submitting/approving visit requests, updating DISS, coordinating with the SSO and PSO for any actions or clearance anomalies, and complete weekly audits of all the cleared personnel under the program.

-Developed all aspects of the security program for the 99 Reconnaissance Squadron at the customer site. This includes Industrial Security, Information Protection, SAP, and SCIF security programs, and TEMPEST regulations.-Manage the security team and provide valuable input to leadership with ease.-Reconstructed the classified document control program with thousands of classified holdings including accountability and marking.-Underwent numerous successful annual audits and Self-Inspections on multiple security programs.-Created and implemented a Security Education and Training Awareness program for U-2 pilots, government employees, and supporting contractors.-Processed countless Program Access Request applications for Special Access Programs and maintain JADE. -Conduct security incident investigations and forward detailed reports.

-Encompassed all dynamics of an FSO and managed several security programs across three CAGE Codes in accordance with the NISPOM, SAP Policy Manuals, DD254s, and Standard Policyand Procedures.-Prepared for and underwent successful DCSA inspections for multiple security programs, resulting in three Superior Ratings, one Commendable Rating, two passed SAP inspections, one Cyber Command Readiness Inspection, Risk Management Framework, and two NSA COMSEC audits.-Reviewed and issued DD254’s for all contract/subcontracts and participated in RFP/RFQs for business development including Foreign Military Sales contracts.-Created and revised Security policy.-Organized and maintain all classified document control, transmittal, accountability, distribution, and destruction of classified documents through SIMS and Access Commander.-Processed Personnel Security clearance applications, SCI applications, SAP applications, fingerprints, and grant security clearances.

-Supervised and administered the Personnel Security Program for NASA Ames Civil Servants and contract employees comprising of approximately 11,000 personnel.-Provided detailed reports and project proposals to the local Facility Security Officer (FSO).-Effectively trained security professionals on investigation processing, adjudications, visit requests, PIV/CAC credentialing, security clearance, NISPOM procedures, and other duties.-Oversaw the creation, maintenance, and organization of all personnel security files.-Adjudicated closed background investigations to determine an individual’s background is favorable/unfavorable. This includes reviewing fingerprint records, criminal cases, financial, and employment history.-Supervised a team security professionals while enhancing morale in a high stressed environment.-Successfully passed an audit conducted by NASA Headquarters. -Effectively reduced the number of approximately 1000 overdue background investigations.-Delegated tasks, supervised, coordinated projects, and provided oversight to the Personnel Security Team.

-Advanced form basic administrator to senior management positions for various assignments.-Administered the Personnel and Physical Security programs for numerous commands domestically and internationally (Iraq & Afghanistan).-Processed e-QIP questionnaires, incoming/outgoing visit requests, and verification via JPAS.-Maintained accountability of all classified material, destruction logs, and classified spaces.
