-Development of a modular hydrogen electrolyser simulation model to accelerate the transition to a hydrogen-based economy. Electrolyser cell modelling, power electronics design and control, offline and online performance optimization of the system through design and control.-Development of a simulation model for a home heated by an air source heat pump leveraging real-world experimental data.-Work package development and securing of £100k+ in funding for green hydrogen related projects

Awarded a Presidential Fellowship upon admission, the most prestigious scholarship to be awarded to incoming Columbia Engineering students.

Provided lectures for MECE E4058: Mechatronics and Embedded Microcomputer Control and contributed to the smooth-running of the laboratory component of the course.

Power electronic research and design as a part of NSERC's Automotive Partnership Canada (APC) initiative. Design of a dual inverter for an industry partner. Designed an analytical framework to automate component selection and demonstrated it on the DC-link capacitors. Design of a low inductance DC bus bar for the dual inverter.In addition to the Research Assistant role, I was also a Teaching Assistant for EE 4PK4: Power Electronics and CoE 3SK3: Computer Aided Engineering. Responsibilities included running tutorial sessions, handling student inquiries, running laboratory sessions and grading.

Coding Texas Instruments DSPs in C for fault-tolerant control of PMSMs in the Groupe de Recherche en Électrotechnique et Électronique de Nancy (GREEN).Full immersion in a French language environment.

The sole TA for GEN TECH 3MT3: Project Management, offered by the Bachelor of Technology program at McMaster University. Responsibilities included the grading of tests, assignments, projects and presentations.

Project support as directed by New Product Introduction's (NPI) Technical Lead. This entailed the design of mixed-signal circuits that adhere to military standards 704/1275 (Electrical Power Characteristics) and 461 (Electromagnetic Compatibility), as well as meeting IPC Class 3 standards using Cadence's OrCAD and Allegro PCB design packages. Developed PCB design and testing skills using standard test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes), as well as a mastery of soldering surface mount components down to an 0402 package size. Experience using LPKF's Rapid PCB Prototyping machines for validating circuit concepts and Siemens' TeamCentre 2007 suite of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
