I am an IT professional in the healthcare field with experience as Quality Assurance Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Scrum Master. For 7 years I have enjoyed my work in QA with additional responsibilities involving business systems analysis, working closely with business partners in Finance, Enrollment, and Claims. I have been working with Agile for 6 years and received my Scrum Master certification in early 2022.Highlights of my responsibilities are supporting finance processes such as member premium billing, payments, receipt processes, NYS roster billing.- Execute billing and invoice processing for 2.4 million members.- Support payment processing through our vendor, Payspan.- Support issues and errors reported by the Finance department and members.- Update invoices, reports, and workflows based on business needs and NY State Dept. of Health guidelines.As Scrum Master I was responsible for guiding a team split into three functional areas using Scrum and Kanban. - Lead ceremonies, meetings, and PI planning events.- Managed the teams backlog.- Coached the team on Agile principles.- Acted as liaison between the team and management, business partners, and vendors.
