Management Trainee position designed to provide exposure to all parts of mine operations. Rotation started in Havre de Grace quarry as dayshift ground labor in plant. Then rotated to night shift plant maintenance. Task trained in concave and mantle replacement of gyratory crusher, bowl and mantle replacement of cone crusher, and hot work needed to maintain transfer points, screen decks, sand screws, and chutes. Then was rotated back to day shift production and trained on CAT 777F, 777G, Komatsu 785, JLG arial work platform, and CAT telehandler fork lift.Was then transferred to Frederick Quarry to cover pit supervisor responsibilities. This included feeding a 1 million ton/year crush/screen/wash plant as well as a contracted portable crushing plant within the pit. Task trained on CAT 988F loader, CAT 775E haul truck, CAT 236 skid steer, and JLG arial work platform.

Summer internship as mine engineer covering projects across 9 operations in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities included updating and optimizing AggFlow plant layouts, crusher conversion project at Stroudsburg Quarry, plant down-time procedures, and cycle time studies

Seasonal nightwatch security at Simpson Stone Quarry. Nightly site inspections to ensure property and equipment were secured

Summer intern at Hanover Quarry. Task trained as ground labor in mill, night shift quality control, and haul truck operator. Task trained on 777C and 777D

Worked part time during summer courses and Fall 2014 semester as parts runner assigned to pull automotive parts from storage floors and deliver to technicians. Delivered customer vehicles as dealership courtesy across Manhattan.

Certified Public Weighmaster through Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for aggregate operation. Assisted in plant and equipment repairs as needed. Task trained on CAT 980G and Komatsu 155AX dozer
