Personal Development

Current

On leaving Latitude Finance I've given myself a sabbatical for a different style of personal development, before return to more normal business activities. During this time I have focused on practical, physical and greater diversity of leadership skills. Achieved: small business development consulting, speciality diving instructor, Medic First Aid instructor, Emergency First Response instructor, diploma in leadership.I've used the last 6 months to embrace a passion of underwater scuba diving and to give myself new personal challenges to better embrace the New Zealand's outdoor lifestyle. What this has given me is more energy, more diversity of challenge and far too many new ways to spend time and money.
