321 Coffee is a coffee shop and roaster with the mission of providing meaningful work opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). 321 Coffee employs twenty-one individuals with IDD with its current operation, runs an online store, and roasts/sells its own coffee. It is designed for these individuals to showcase their skills and personalities in a friendly atmosphere and allow them to develop relationships with the local community. 321 Coffee has been featured in TODAY Show, Morning Brew's SideKick Newsletter, Buzzfeed, NBClx, Brut, and local news stations.

Collaborated with a team of undergraduate and graduate students while working on research and development for the NC State baseball team. Personal work included using R software to create and analyze spray charts for NC State and opposing teams. Opposing teams’ spray charts were analyzed to determine optimal pitch sequencing and appropriate defensive shifts for specific players. Submitted reports with strategic defensive positioning suggestions to the director of player and program development.

Created the first weekly schedule for over fifteen drivers, which eliminated driver shortages and improved the restaurant’s delivery efficiency.

Engaged with employees in various departments of the organization and assisted with game day activities.
