Merchandising and people skills are huge in the retail industry. In this role i am responsible for the store at all times, not only the departments I tend to but the store as a whole. Financial accountability to merchandising on shelves it is all apart of the retail world. There is just not simple functions to this job, it involves trusting associates to do there job while following up and verifying there work is done accurately and efficiently.

Customer Satisfaction was most important, also with knowing all temperatures of all food. Focusing on customer experience while also making sure all runs fair within the store. Making schedules, and helping hiring new associates for future staffing needs. Also was in charge of making sure all associates were trained properly following all guidelines set by corporate. Making a safe work environment for customers, associates, and vendors.
