We can support anything from very flexible neurovascular devices (0.5mm) to large bore structural heart systems (0.5in).

Managed $25+M territory including three strategic multi-national accounts, various startups and disruptive bay area customers. Initiated, contributed and delivered supply agreements, transfer proposals and end of life proposals to secure long-term business and to achieve commercial objectives. Developed growth strategies for key therapies including neurovascular, structural heart, electrophysiology and surgical robotics. Worked with operations, product management and commercial team to drive capital expenditures, capability improvements and future strategies.

Technical sales role with a focus on structural heart and electrophysiology catheter development projects for multi-national companies. Developed and led engineering-minded training sessions for many of the top customers in this space as well as internal sessions for engineering and commercial focusing on the anatomy of the heart. Attended several symposiums to gain industry insight by viewing live cases, interfacing with physicians to discuss therapy-based solutions and supported executive level meetings.

- Developed and implemented automated systems for nitinol electropolishing equipment- Worked with manufacturing to improve process flow, efficiency, yields and involved with the authoring and subsequent training for several chemical processes- Worked in the product development group on numerous early-stage nitinol projects, creating the appropriate processing parameters for the prototypes through manufacturing volumes- Experience with tooling design/fabrication, nitinol processing of wire, tubing and sheet using secondary operations such as laser-cutting, shape-setting, chemical processing- Involved with internal/customer audits, project management of capital equipment procurement/validation, facility improvements, hazard/chemical training, tradeshows

- Authored, edited and executed Change Requests, Commissioning Packages, IQ/OQ/PQs and associated documents for GMP systems- Worked with Manufacturing, Operations and Facilities Engineering on the development and execution of facility upgrades and qualification projects including equipment, utilities and processes- Experience commissioning and qualifying HVAC, WFI/RODI/UF water systems, refrigeration units, stability chambers, isolation chambers

- Authored several Master Formulae, Research Formulae, AQLs and AQSs - Assisted the R&D group on the clinical production of tablets including granulation, compression, aqueous & solvent coating, and printing - Practiced full gowning for protection from strong sensitizer in GMP area- Authored and tailored User Requirement Specifications for vision systems on assembly and packaging lines - Involved with correspondence between vendors, engineering, supervisors and line operators
