Michael is an ISTQB Advanced Level Certified Tester Manager who is leading the test team and is responsible for automated and manual testing, Additionally Michael is respnsible for the Quality Management of the company.

visolution is a company which develops image processing systems for production control and quality assurance, Michael is the Project Manager for the development of the image processing systems. Michael is also the Quality Manager responsible for the ISO 9001 certification of the company.

Konplan is an engineering office in Mannheim. At Konplan, Michael is the Software Architect responsible for the development of embedded C/C++ software/firmware to drive the medical hand-held devices that are for Point of Care testing. The devices for exampleare for glucose testing and monitoring in hospitals and enables healthcare professionals to measure PT/INR values of their patients.

QITS is an IT Service Company and a lettershop. Michael worked as a Software Engineer in the pre-press of the lettershop. There he wrote Shell and Perl Scripts and used different Databases (Informix, Access) for automatically processing bills and mailings. Furthermorehe enhanced for the non technical personal the printer environment so that they can use the printer for printing mails without high level technical skills.

While a student Michael worked at the CoCoNet AG in the Quality Assurance department. CoCoNet is a company which develops software solutions for banks in Java. Here he helped to implement and started to implement JUnit in the source code. Beside testing he supported the head of the department. He enhanced programs to get better results in testing.

While a student Michael developed websites in HTML, JavaScript and PHP and optimized them for search engines.

In this function Michael worked at the university as a tutor. His responsibilities included tutoring, grading student papers and developing the sample solution.
