-Was in charge of the Franchise business in the South-South/South-East states, comprising, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, and Abia,-Here, Territory Franchise business as at year end 2021, Grew by 86.2% vs previous year, with Patient reach at 115% vs previous year.-Developed a successful Territory Business Plan, which served as a guide in achieving territory business plan targets and objectives.

*Coordinated team’s sales-performance collation for both the Specialty and the Alcon portfolio/brands for the country team, and cascading same information to my manager and to the team on a weekly basis. *Coordinated and drove team’s monthly cycle plan, QTQ, Daily Call Synchronization and other Agora–related matters.

*Coordinated a team of 2 medical representatives to achieve sales and marketing objectives for products/brands in the Edo-Delta and West region which comprised 8 states.-Convener/Co-Facilitator, TELEMEDICINE Program, UITH, Ilorin, July, 2017, for screening of Diabetics.

-Worked in 4 regions of the country, South-South, South-East, South-West, and North-Central, with work cutting across 13 states of the country, with the primary responsibility of growing/developing the franchise business within assigned territory/region, ensuring that the sales and marketing targets and objectives are met and successfully implemented.-Built/Facilitated an in-class screening system/structure for the screening of diabetics for DR and DME in the South-South/West region, (UBTH), which kicked off in Jan, 2016.-Convener/Co-Facilitator, TELEMEDICINE Program, UITH, Ilorin, July, 2017, for screening of Diabetics.-Winner of the Novartis EWA G-Force Award 2019; for the Outstanding Innovation of the DME Screening Exercise/Patient Referral Program/Project, UBTH, Benin.
