In addition to owning the global operations for my product, I created and implemented a new model for the private markets team by uplifting technology, fostering an upgraded client experience and substantially growing the business.In this role the teams are responsible for Private Equity, Real Assets and Hedge funds for a complete ringfenced end to end team that includes client service, cash, custody, recon, trade input, accounting and valuations, performance IRR and TWR along with different horizon periods, fee transparency, commitment tracking, and look thorough/portfolio company reporting.

Led teams for multiple roles around Asset Managers Mutual Funds Accounting, Custody, Audit and Head of Asset Owners Accounting. Directs reports have been up to 8 VPs.Some transformation projects to note are to centralize, start up and run teams for the organization, such as the Income team, the Capital Gains Tax team, the SEC Yield team and the offshore Accounting Oversight and Governance team. Other project to note are multiple process improvements, technology upgrades and ran the Accounting offshoring initiative and help set up teams in India.
