Created and executed strategic sales & marketing plans, leading to natural, conventional and foodservice channel growth. • Identified opportunities, built relationships and established business with key retail and foodservice accounts, i.e. Dean & Deluca, Fairway Market, Whole Foods Market (all 11 regions), Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, Ritz-Carlton hotels, major Las Vegas hotel properties and national restaurant chains/groups.• Maintained strict adherence to brand standards and worked cross-functionally with PR team to acquire key media placements across The Economist, Vogue, Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, successfully launching Fra’ Mani as an exciting new premium brand.• Oversaw line extension from 5-20 SKUs including packaging design and what sizes were developed, expanding distribution from 3 local distributors to 15 distributors nationwide including Gourmet Foods International, EuroUSA, Tomales Bay Foods and The Cheeseworks West & East.• Defined strategy, identified and hired a team of best-in-class regional brokers.• Coordinated sales & marketing efforts, maximizing return from trade shows and consumer events, i.e. Fancy Food Show and Show Food Nation.
