Project Coordinator
CurrentAssist Senior Project Manager by conducting budget reviews, expense reports, and performing cross-department research.Serve as primary assistant to the Project Manager, tracking and logging project budgets, contracts, and providing administrative support.Create and process contracts/purchase orders, vendor and owner change orders, invoices and pay applications, and maintain a core project database.Facilitate contracts with vendors, pay applications, compliance certificates, and ensure timely delivery and receipt of all documents.Coordinate with Accounting by reviewing and logging subcontractor draws and invoices, serving as primary contact with vendors, and perform research as necessary.Conduct weekly project audits to ensure field team compliance to core company standards, procedures, and policies.
