JPMORGAN Chase Bankruptcy department monitors mortgage Customers who file for Federal Bankruptcy protection and updates their loan to protect both the Customer and the Company from potential violations. ·Bankruptcy Closing Supervisor - includes Discharge, Dismissed, and Relief Granted for all Chapter 7/11/12/13 cases.·Bankruptcy Set Up Supervisor - Review new case referrals for department inventory intake and past case exceptions.SME (Subject Matter Expert) - the subject changes all the time. Managed a portfolio of properties with Customers that are wanting to sell their home, but their home value did not meet or exceed the payoff balance. Negotiated and Closed real estate offers to obtain the best possible value on the property to mitigate the losses rather going through a foreclosure.Multiple Top Performer and personal commendation by Senior Management.

Resolve complex issues regarding Customer's delinquency while minimizing company losses. Found resolutions that directly related to the Customer's financial stability. Over the phone, presented Customers with ideas then answered questions with regard to effects of the Customer's chosen plan.

Assisted my Management line with production analysis while offering suggested improvements. I started with the company as a temporary-to-hire in Countrywide's mail room.
