-Read and interperate design specifications from blueprints.-Fabricate panel assemblies to spec from blueprints.-Maintain logical inventory systems for all materials and processes used.-Become knowledgable in primary HMS / HPS company internal specifications.-Operate Press 6 Joos flat press, including inventory systems and system process records.-Maintain 7S program, and enforce all lean practices in Joos 6 and IAVS areas.-Filing of NCR data.

-Operation of Packaging Triangle Systems and Proctor oven. Lead / solo operator.-Leadership of general staff temp workers in large scale production environment 2 - 12 person crews.-Certified and skilled on Forklift, Scissorlift and Boomlifts.-Inventory Systems, RADLEY Scan systems, 10 key and digital production / communication systems.-Quality control standards including implementation and maintenance of 5S systems.-All systems mechanical setup, changeover, running operation adjustment and technical specifications.-Break down full systems assembly including sanitation and reassembly of Triangles and Proctor Stations.
