I currently am the lead preventative maintenance technician at Machine Tool & Gear. I provide guidance and scheduling of tasks to include preventative maintenance on CNC lathes, mills, and robotics. I also perform random maintenance related tasks to include MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, and mill work. Outside of my paid profession I am an avid outdoorsman. I manage my outdoors team, The Fever Outdoors. My team consists of staffing for several major companies in the outdoor industry as well as professionally filming and photographing our team while afield. My passions are Archery and firearms. I love building all of our own arrows and shooting every chance I get. I absolutely love every aspect of the firearms industry, from building them to hunting and target practice.
