Set clear expectations for the process in advance incorporating needs of all parties involved and the realistic time frames.Subject Matter Expert: Assisted in the training of new mortgage processors, giving talks and fielding questions on the subject of manufactured mobile homes and issues that are unique to them in the loan application process.
