Michael Faris is Vice President & Assistant General Counsel -- Litigation at Stericycle, Inc., headquartered in Bannockburn, Illinois. He is an adjunct professor at the Loyola University School of Law in the area of Securities Regulation. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Chicago and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Rotary/One Foundation as a Board member and Audit Committee Chair for Legal Aid Chicago, on the Board of Directors of Chicago Scots (the Illinois St. Andrews Society) and on the Board of Advisors for the American Constitution Society.
