Michael has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services sector, both in the capacity as a Senior Executive and as an Independent Consultant managing business critical activities. This experience has spanned International and Domestic Private Client, Private Banking, Financial Planning, Investment Platforms, Asset Management and Insurance. During this time Michael has managed multiple stakeholders in complex matrix MNC’s leading significant change through product and advice innovation He has also acted as Managing Director of a Financial Planning business and as Director/Trustee of the Investment Platform subsidiary. Michael’s consulting assignments have included providing strategy advice to Wealth Management businesses in Australia and Hong Kong, managing business divestment & restructuring programs, leading due diligence and business integration teams and leading negotiations on large bancassurance arrangements. Prior to commencing Core Matrix Pty Ltd Michael was Group General Manager IOOF Advice.
