10 + years of architecture design and Human Factors Assessments in the aerospace industry. Familiar with NASA standards and HF requirement documents (ex. HF-STD-001B). My first project was the renovation of the VAB HB-3 for the new SLS project. I am now given opportunities to be the lead designer of access platforms on various mobile launchers and access stands for private aerospace firms. Also lead human factor engineer for RS&H by providing the necessary ergonomic assessments while incorporating my design background. In charge of setting up Revit projects for the engineers and also becoming more familiar with coating specifications. Holder of three degrees from a Bachelor of Architecture to a Masters of Science in Human Factors and Systems. I crossed the academic barrier of design to imperial research proving to myself I can learn and be successful in what I want to accomplish. I enjoy a fast paced / high-energy environment and to be a part of team trying to solve any type of design challenge or question that can help improve the lives of others.I grew up on a farm in PA and learned and appreciate those in the construction laborer profession (father was a land surveyor to ditch digger to pipe layer to an operator to supervisor and now he owns his own construction business). Those who have the same background will know what it was like to cut the grass at age 5 on riding lawnmower. Bale hay and poor concrete curbs by age 16. Learned you make good money, however the path I took lead me to the next start up of the space industry. I agree with Elon Musk, we must be a multi-planet race to survive.
