In this summer role, I helped manage receivables in arrears for over 40 customer accounts. I also created invoices for one of Spot's largest customers. I frequently reconciled shipper documentation errors to ensure timely payment for services. I cleared approximately $200,000 with one of Spot's high profile customer accounts, all while becoming familiar with their proprietary business system, Red Technologies.
