Cap; $4.5b Revenue; 65k employees; International Head of People Support • Leads Chipotle’s HR function (Compensation - including Exec Comp and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, Benefits, Recruiting, Staffing, HRIS, Employee Service Center, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Corporate HR Department) and reports to CFO. Both US and International People Support responsibilities.• Responsible for defining and implementing Chipotle’s HR vision and strategy.• Responsible for Chipotle’s people culture. A culture that attracts, motivates, rewards and retains talented top performers.• Bringing our culture to life through the design, implementation and management of programs and tools (talent selection system, succession planning and development program, people scorecard metrics, comp and benefit programs, etc.).• Responsible for Chipotle’s employment branding and recruiting.• Responsible for attracting top talent in the market, how we market and spend recruiting dollars to hire 90,000 + employees each year.• Lead the strategy, design and implementation of Chipotle’s recruiting infrastructure (electronic ATS/onboarding, careers page, programmatic recruitment advertising spend, talent community, etc.) that delivered 1.4 million applications in 2016.• Responsible for industry-leading compensation and benefits programs - Both restaurant level and corporate, including executive compensation and shareholder outreach for say-on-pay.• Led strategy, design and implementation of programs that supported growth from 400 plus restaurants to over 2,200 restaurants, including international and additional concepts.

Director, Benefits Strategy & Executive Compensation In addition to executive and variable compensation design responsibilities:• Designs benefits strategy and corresponding offerings.• Manages partnerships with benefits vendors, consultants, outside legal counsel and actuaries.Director, Compensation & Performance Analysis • Interacts with senior management in developing, managing and evaluating compensation programs.

Associate - Consults with companies in a variety of industries ranging from small entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 500 companies regarding HR strategies and programs.- Develops creative solutions to address client needs in the following areas: executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plans, financial performance, employee pay, talent management, executive benefits, pay structure, reward strategy and pay-for-performance systems.- Assists companies in creating compensation policies and programs, which align with business strategy and long-term value creation.- Routinely interacts with and presents to Top Level executives (Chairman of the Board, Board of Directors, Compensation Committee, CEO and senior HR executive).- Key Responsibilities *P&L: Responsible for profitable growth of Performance Measurement and Rewards practice. *Clients: Develops and fosters client relationships. *Engagements: Manages all aspects of engagements (i.e., proposal completion and presentation, budget, resource allocation, engagement team, final work product, presentation of results, client satisfaction, etc.). *Staff: Manages Project Managers, Senior Consultants and Consultants. Responsible for mentoring, training and development of staff.
