▶️ PROBLEM SOLVING: Practically speaking, I’m able to approach problem solving by first considering the end goal. When we know where we’re going, we can determine the steps needed to get there. Philosophically speaking, I aspire to seek alternative measures to minimize collateral damage and to improve relations with local populations in order to garner trust. I always seek to eliminate the residual or institutional thinking that inhibits creativity. ▶️ LEADERSHIP: I have a first-in, last-out mentality. I am a hands-on practitioner who believes in teaching future leaders (teachers) to develop a degree of autonomy that fosters ingenuity for problem solving and inspires confidence to exert an 80/20 principle of leadership. I offer unique perspectives that blend life experiences with strong critical thinking. ▶️ PROFESSIONAL PASSION: I love to be consistently challenged consistently with new issues, and to solve problems in order to help others, whether it is from a cognitive or emergent perspective.
