Hub Manager
Current- Develop and direct the strategies and goals of the organization including proposals to enter new markets and expand existing market presence.
- Strategic plan development, monitoring company performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and recommending effective action plans.
- Conducting market research, evaluating market campaign effectiveness, and analyzing market data.
- Responsible for financial record keeping and reviewing monthly financial and KPI reports.
- Evaluating the implementation of new technologies, and the management of CRM and analytics.
- Coaching, mentoring, directing, and training of staff. Facilitate corrective action plans, performance evaluations, and communications to Human Resources.
