Duties: Planned, directed, coordinated and supervised 55 Department of the Army civilian and Mission Support Contractor engineers and technicians in the design, coordination and performance of on-site field technical tests and evaluations and preparation of technical reports for Major Army Acquisition Programs of combat vehicle systems.Accomplishments: Managed the production of the combined test report for the Stryker family of vehicles. Reviewed test plans, procedures and reports for accuracy and completeness. Annual test activity exceeded $69 million in test project budgets. Managed facilities and equipment worth $154 million. Identified, documented and sought funding for instrumentation, equipment, facility and range improvements. Directed modernization and improvement of direct fire ranges and test instrumentation.

Operations, Plans and Training Officer for a National Guard Light Infantry Battalion. Developed short and long range training plans to maintain unit readiness for state and federal missions. Planned and executed monthly training periods and annual summer training, including deployment of over 200 Soldiers to Ft. Drum, NY. Supported the mobilization of units under Operation Noble Eagle; including the first Army unit to provide security at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport days after 9/11.

Duties: First full-time NOC manager for a start-up web-hosting company. Advised potential customers on the technical aspects of web hosting software. Accomplishments: Hired, trained and supervised NOC technicians. Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures, new employee training program, Disaster Recovery and Emergency Action procedures. Expanded data center from 300 servers to over 1000 with no interruption of service. Expanded network infrastructure, electrical service and environmental controls to support server growth while minimizing costs. Evaluated hardware and software proposed for use in the data center. Built out 2700 square foot server room for future expansion.

Planned, and controlled the movement of surface shipments throughout the Eastern United States using automated planning tools. Coordinated with and gave direction to other managers, dock managers, dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely delivery of freight. Maintained 95% on-time arrival.

Developed, recommended and implemented financial programs including savings, investments and insurance. Assisted clients with developing and maintaining financial goals and programs. Served a client base of over 300 families with assets over $16 million.
