DAF Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS)- Supports Department of the Air Force (DAF) customer to provide a common set of required Enterprise IT services across 212 military bases implementing consistent, high-quality experiences for users across all mission environments - enabling the United States Air Force (USAF) and United State Space Force (USSF) transitional capabilities shifting focus from network operations to mission operations.- Serves 800k DoD customers to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services enabling mission successes and improving end-user experiences across the dynamic customer environment.- Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, drive faster onboarding, and promote higher ultimate utilization of Enterprise IT products and services applying structured methodologies & lead change management activities.- Designs and executes change management assessments as well as overseeing the impact of changes. - Identifies key stakeholders and stakeholder segments, conducts impact analysis, and assesses change readiness. Performed scheduled and unscheduled turboprop propulsion maintenance on 29 C-130H aircraft valued at $870 million. Supervised and conducted mechanical, electrical and operational checks on turboprop engines and propeller systems. Serviced, removed, installed, repaired, overhauled and adjusted engines, propellers and system components. Supervised and performed basic troubleshooting by using appropriate technical data, system wiring and system schematic diagrams and analyzing operating characteristics. Operated, inspected and maintained engine support equipment. Assisted with aircraft launch, recovery, pre-flight, thru-flight, basic post-flight, and home station check inspections. Entered engine and propeller maintenance data into the Automated Maintenance System for Airlift Records. Selected, used, and cared for special tools and system testers and test equipment.
