• Managed the product development process of 60+ shoe articles for SS23 season, from initial tech pack creation through to final production sample, reviewing and critiquing samples at key milestones.• Communicated professionally with T1 and T2 factories addressing manufacturing processes, shoe construction, material specifications, and testing.• Analysed Cost Breakdown (CBD) for shoe articles, efficiently reducing production and material costs to meet target production cost (FOB).• Managed the quality control of samples throughout the development phases, providing clear and progressive feedback to factories, using extensive attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Effectively liaising with T1 factories, ensuring successful handover of material maps and colourway CADS.• Supporting the Sustainability Task Force Team in data analysis, whilst contributing to research and development of sustainability content percentage in the tooling of key Originals franchises.• Further developing 3D creation skills through personal projects on Rhino 7 and NX.11. Modelling new footwear tooling’s in 3D, whilst assisting the EXPLORE team in concept creation for the new NMD shoe.
