Michael Fine is an attorney with the law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP based in the Louisville, Kentucky office. His practice focuses on issues affecting tax-exempt organizations, primarily tax-exempt hospitals, private foundations, chambers of commerce, social welfare organizations and colleges and universities.
