Owned business development analytics within Capital One's Small Business Card portfolio. In this role, I identified strategic partnerships that extended the reach of our best-in-class small business credit cards. After my initial role at the company, I transitioned into our card partnerships customer management team. On this team, I initially focused on online capabilities and sizing the potential costs and benefits, both from a financial and customer experience point of view, of adding new functionalities to our customer service platforms.I then took ownerships for standing up an interactive credit line increase program across our entire partnerships business. After a redesign of our customer communications, process, and credit policy, we saw over 300% growth in response rates to our customer solicitations, with even greater growth in terms of exposure granted to customers.

My first role at Capital One focused on the creation of a new credit card product for our largest cobrand partnerships. I worked along with our partner to create the construct of a best in class value proposition that intends to attract potential high spending cardholders to redeem rewards towards the partner's products. As part of the product redesign, I assisted in the negotiation of a contract extension with the partner. This required my analysis on expected customer performance, acquisition forecasting, and product economics to determine partner compensation terms.After the product creation, I worked towards the launch of a new acquisitions channel that embedded our application into an existing partner channel and boosted new account volumes by 20%.

Provided custom apparel to many Washington University campus groups along with many corporate customers. Co-owned and co-managed the company for two years before selling it to the current owners.
