Privakey is a wholly owned subsidiary of Probaris Technologies, Inc. As the manager of finance and accounting, I continued my tasks performed at the parent company and took on more responsibilities to allow our team to focus on the subsidiary's new product development and sales and marketing. One key task was to account for the intercompany transactions between the parent and subsidiary. Some other key tasks I performed include:• Filed for company trademark with the United States Patent and Trade Office• Applied for and received forgiveness on two rounds of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans during the COVID-19 shutdown• Led change management efforts to transition the company to fully remote operations including the disposal of assets, registration of a virtual office, and updating Privakey’s clients and vendors

At Probaris, my role was to perform all the accounting and HR duties for the company. I worked independently and reported directly to the CEO. My most notable tasks include:• Entered transactions into QuickBooks and prepared journal entries on a daily basis• Reconciled bank and credit card accounts• Prepared monthly balance sheet, income statement, and profit and loss statements • Prepared financial data to file annual taxes with 3rd party accountants• Managed all HR related tasks for 20 employees including payroll processing, employee benefits, maintained and updated employee files, and on-boarded new recruits• Worked closely with the CEO on daily projects including contacting shareholders as well as fulfilling requests of our auditors • Coordinated our company relocation to a new office in Philadelphia

As a cash office clerk at BJ's, I prepared, signed out, and reconciled register bags for 20 cashiers. I also performed safe audits, readied daily cash deposits to the bank in amounts over $20,000, and directed weekly petty cash spending up to $5000. Some other tasks I performed include: • Issued and tracked lottery tickets, company gift certificates, and water jug vouchers• Effectively handled member questions and managed club memberships for more then 100 members per day
