Mr. Fisher began his employment with Dykstra Walker Design Group in 1999. During the course of his employment there, his responsibilities included:• Multiple aspects of the design and preparation for various types of permitting plans and applications. Applications types include: o State environmental permitting plans for both freshwater wetlands and flood hazard areas; o Preparation of both water extension and TWA permit applications; o Preparation of individual sewage disposal system design plans and applications; o Preparation of State DOT highway access permit plans and applications; and o County and local municipal development approvals for both site plans and subdivisions.• Direct correspondence with individual clients to discuss various aspects of design processes;• Oversight of construction activities including curb and pavement installations, as well as stormwater management facilities;• Construction cost estimates both bonding and bidding purposes;• Soil moving plans for various types of applications ranging from individual development plans to large scale quarrying operations. All of which included supporting volume calculations; and• In-situ soil testing to determine permeability rating for suitable fill installed in sewage disposal systems.
