• Oversee card services, IT, and operations of all four branches of the credit union• Manage projects initiated by myself or top management from beginning to end• Maintain contract schedule to ensure services are received and renewed according to terms• File credit and debit card disputes while ensuring to meet all VISA, reg-e, and reg-z deadlines• Monitor critical reports from our card processors to prevent unauthorized card activity• Ensure front line staff is properly trained to field card disputes to recognize legitimate claims• Trained branch managers on our debit and credit card processing platforms from researching transactions, card ordering, and fraud monitoring procedures.• Oversee mobile app, bill pay, and online banking to provide an easy user experience• Process auto payments – ACH, account to account, auto funds transfers, and wire transfers• Work ACH disputes ensuring proper paperwork is received and follows NACHA guidelines• Conduct annual IT audit with third party vendor to test organization for vulnerabilities• Monitor patch, web browsing, antivirus, and firewall reports for abnormal activity• Track in house ticketing system for IT issues to make sure timely resolution is achieved• Keep the credit union up to date on new technology to enhance member experience/security• Work with data processor to make sure office equipment and software is up to date and secure• Handle escalated inquiries staff may receive regarding member issues to help retain members

• Assist in the administration of the District’s semi-monthly payroll and accounts payable• Process annual 1099s and W2s for the entire school district while maintaining files• Audit new employee paperwork for completeness in order to setup payroll profile• Oversaw group of 50-60 substitute teachers tracking hours worked for timely processing• Prepared monthly payroll and a/p board reports for chief school business official• Checked purchase orders against invoices ensuring accuracy and on time payment• Respond to complex payroll and AP issues in an accurate and timely manner• Receive, verify, and process all payroll, deductions for taxes, retirement, and other deductions• Prepare reports, checks, and transfers for proper agencies covering all deduction requirements

• Process and balance daily ACH and share draft exceptions following all credit union operating procedures and deadlines ensuring that they comply with NACHA operating rules• Process and post SEG manual payrolls• Perform daily general ledger and vault verifications• Set-up and maintain all AFT, A2A, ACH, and Payroll deduction requests• Prepare and process accounts payable and research invoice discrepancies• Post majority of daily and monthly journal entries with corresponding vouchers• Initiate/approve all domestic and international wire transfers • Primary access to VISA debit/credit card database to order, change pins, and perform research on members card issues• Helped facilitate in bringing the servicing of our first mortgages back to the credit union• Maintain all accounting files ensuring that they are accurate and complete; includes journal entries, accounts payable, AFT, A2A, ACH, and manual payrolls

• Audit consumer loans to ensure all paperwork meets NCUA auditing guidelines• Manage CPI program to make sure collateral is insured at all times• Process Secretary of State forms to guarantee accuracy and that our lien is covered• Input loan applications in loan system to be approved by management and loan officers• Assist the collections manager with repossessions, bankruptcies, and past due accounts• File proof of claims and reaffirmation agreements for chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcies.• Experience performing basic teller transactions with limited cash handling• Respond to phone inquiries about loan payments, insurance, and general banking questions• Fulfill online banking requests regarding new membership eligibility, printing checks, and debit card issues
