Mike helps both traditional and alternative asset managers source superior sales, investment, product, and marketing leaders.Prior to transitioning to executive search, Mike enjoyed a successful 30 year career in the asset management industry. He held various senior level leadership roles, including Head of Intermediary Distribution at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, MFS Investment Management, and Federated Investors. He built and led multiple sales and relationship management teams across numerous distribution channels, which provides him with unique insight into the rapidly changing and complex distribution and product management landscape. His experience with established and emerging platforms allows him to deliver the necessary expertise and relevant market intelligence to clients, as well as to access high caliber talent across the industry.Since making the transition, Mike has completed assignments for boutique and global asset managers, wealth managers, and banking institutions, sourcing senior distribution leaders, portfolio managers, and senior marketing professionals.
