About Michael Fitzpatrick
I started my career 20 years ago as an apprentice electrician working across a broad range of projects; car park rewires, nursing home new builds and council maintenance programs, this diverse set of projects brought about my passion for the construction industry and inspired me to become a construction project manager in 2015, since then I spent 4 years in the property department for one of Britain’s largest builders’ merchants responsible all construction projects from inception to completion ranging from maintenance projects, LED lighting roll outs ,K&B showrooms to new builds and extensions across 3 regions and 5 brands made up of 550 branches.Within the same business I then diversified and challenged my- self again and became Business Unit Director having complete responsibility for the health & safety of 140 colleagues and sales in excess of £35 million annually, having done this role for over 2 years it’s really helped cement his construction knowledge and managerial experience and set me up well to provide my clients with great projects.
