Get work done. I do whatever it takes to get the work completed. Sign machines in to be repaired. Assign work orders to Techs and communicate with customers about status of repair and further repairs needed. Call customers when repairs are complete and discuss any questions about work completed and cost of those repairs. File warranty claims for various product lines we sell and service. Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed and employees are focusing on the repair they are involved with. Answer phones and basically do whatever is needed to help our company be successful. If it’s sweeping the floor to washing a machine, I take pride in giving a employer what they are paying for.

I schedule the work and assign the personnel to do the work. Make sure the work is done in a timely manner and completed safely. Process the paperwork for the repairs and keep records of the work being done. I order parts and maintain a parts room. I also do repairs on the vehicles in our fleet and schedule repairs from companies outside our fleet.

We built new bucket trucks and diggers from the chassis up. I installed complete hydraulic systems from the PTO up. Ran all wiring and installed all components from lights to control switches, power outlets etc.. Helped with fabrication and materials prep for any and all accessories requested by customers.

I was a crew chief in our Munitions Maintenance Squadron (81st MMS). We were responsible for the inspection, maintenance and storage of munitions for the base.
